Return & Exchange Policy

At MauriGamba Eyewear, we take pride in the craftsmanship and distinct character of every frame. If your order does not meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns or exchanges under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, case, and cloth included.

2. Return Instructions

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at hi@maurigamba.com. We will provide personalized return instructions.
Return shipping charges will be covered or reimbursed by MauriGamba Eyewear.

3. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. You will receive email confirmation once the return is complete.

4. Lifetime Guarantee

All MauriGamba frames are protected under a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. If you experience a manufacturer defect, contact us at hi@maurigamba.com with details and photos to arrange a replacement or repair.
